Privacy
Last updated October 24, 2026. This page covers servedandsupported.com, run by ConnectIDD, LLC.
The short version
- No account. Nothing to sign up for.
- No cookies, no advertising trackers, and no visit counting on this site.
- Your searches run in your own browser. What you type never reaches us.
- We never ask about your service, your health, or your disability.
- We never sell or share information about you.
When you search
Find help near you and the VA Coverage Guide work entirely in your browser. When you pick a state, your browser downloads that state's listing file, the same file everyone gets. The words and filters you use stay on your device.
The File a claim page remembers the state you picked, in your own browser only, so the help buttons open in your state next time. Clear your browser data to remove it.
Downloads
Spreadsheet downloads are made in your browser. There is no sign-in and nothing is sent to us.
The Veterans Crisis Line
When you dial 988 and press 1, or text 838255, you are connected to the VA's Veterans Crisis Line. We never see those calls or texts.
If you write to [email protected], we keep your message in ConnectIDD's inbox only as long as it is useful, and we use it only to answer you.
Services we use
| Cloudflare | Hosts this site, the listing data, and the listing pages, and protects them from attacks. Like any web host, it sees your IP address to send you the page. We do not keep it. |
|---|---|
| ConnectIDD listing service | Tells the page which organizations have confirmed their own listing. It receives no search words, names, or filters. |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the two typefaces the site uses. Your browser asks Google for the font files, so Google sees your IP address. |
| The Disability Atlas | Our listings come from the Disability Atlas, also run by ConnectIDD. Your browser downloads its data files directly. If you add or fix a listing, you use the Atlas form, and the Atlas privacy page covers that. |
| Links that leave this site | VA.gov, listings, and other sites you visit from here have their own privacy policies. |
Children
This site is for adults. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
